Abstract
In this study we adopt an (K-S-R) model to understand the rate in which rape crime increase in Nigeria, Taking into the consideration, the impact of law and deliverance on rape crime in Nigeria. We establish the law-free equilibrium state and lawful equilibrium state. This stability was carried out in the law-free equilibrium state and the finding was \(\lambda_{1}\) and \(\lambda_{2}\) which is negative. The law-free equilibrium state will be stable if \(\frac{\gamma B}{\mu}<(\delta+\mu)\) or otherwise unstable, where \(\frac{\gamma B}{\mu}\) is the number of rapist produced.
